It can grow almost anywhere as long as it is warm enough. It’s pretty easy to take care of. The leaves can also be eaten. I am just curious who planted it though. I thought that Americans don’t have a taste for bitter food.
Thai people call it Mara.
It can be made into a really delicious broth.
